Bronwyn and I completed the 10k race for life at Lydiard park yesterday.  First time for the 10k one!  We managed it in 1hr and 35 mins, so on target for what we wanted to do it in and we even managed to sprint the last 60metres or so to the end

Met some lovely people and it felt great to do, this one was for you Carl!  Hope you enjoyed watching us from wherever you are!

So far online we have managed to raise £135.00 and money is still coming in on sponsorship forms
